Position Overview:
We are looking for a talented Software Engineer New Grad to join a fast-growing conversational AI company building natural, human-like conversations powered by an advanced conversational AI platform. This is an onsite opportunity in San Francisco designed for new graduates and early-career engineers who are strong programmers, learn quickly, and are excited about building AI-powered products.
Responsibilities:
- Build and ship high-quality software for a conversational AI platform.
- Develop scalable and reliable software systems and product features.
- Work closely with engineering and product teams to solve complex technical problems.
- Use modern AI-assisted development tools to code and iterate quickly.
- Debug, test, and improve production systems.
- Contribute to the architecture and development of new platform capabilities.
- Learn quickly and take ownership of projects from development through deployment.
Qualification:
- 0–2 years of software engineering experience, including new graduates.
- Strong programming and computer science fundamentals.
- Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience with modern software development practices.
- Ability to use AI coding tools effectively and accelerate development.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Compensation:
SALARY: $100000 – $200000 / year
