About this Senior Full Stack Developer:
We building an AI-native product and operations power a full-stack auto retail business, serving EV buyers and sellers across the nation, both online and offline. Based out of San Francisco and expanding nationwide, we are backed by leading investors and led by former tech & automotive professionals from Uber, Tesla, Rivian, Lithia, Penske, Carvana, Lyft, Meta, J.P. Morgan, BCG, and more
Position Overview:
Build and ship core product features across our marketplace and operations platform Partner closely with Product, Design, Data, and Operations teams to deliver high-impact solutions Participate in technical design reviews, architecture decisions, and interviewing Help shape our technical roadmap and platform foundation.
Requirements:
- Fit Experience with Go and/or TypeScript, Python, and related frameworks (React, Next.js, Vue.js, etc.)
- 3–8+ years of building full stack applications
- Experience owning projects or leading teams in fast-paced environments Startup mentality — thrives in ambiguity and rapid iteration with high ownership.

Preferred Qualifications (for Senior Levels):
- Shipped ML products that people actually use, with evidence of owning the path from raw data and experimentation through deployment, monitoring, and iteration.
- Strong public work: a standout GitHub, useful open-source contributions, published research, technical writing, or unusually good independent experiments.
- Experience building prediction, ranking, classification, recommendation, or anomaly-detection systems on messy real-world data.
- Experience building LLM evaluation systems, structured extraction pipelines, research agents, or other production AI workflows.
- Founder, early ML hire, or senior individual contributor at a fast-moving startup, especially where you operated without a dedicated ML platform or large engineering team.
- Clear signals of exceptional technical or quantitative ability: strong research, competition results, Math/Physics Olympiad performance, or a top technical academic background.

SALARY: $150000 – $300000 / year
